Getting your delivery: your day, your door, and the photo

The best part of the whole thing is the knock on the door. Here's how delivery works — and what to do on the rare day something isn't right.

You pick the day

When you send your order, the app shows you the store's delivery days and you pick the one that works for you. Many stores also offer a time window — like "3–6pm" — so you're not waiting by the window all day. Some grocery stores deliver same-day, online-order style.

The doorstep photo

When your food arrives, the driver takes a photo at your door. That photo is saved with your order.

Why? It protects you. If there's ever a question — did it arrive, when, where was it left — the answer is already there, attached to your order. Nobody has to take anybody's word for it.

When the box arrives

Check it like you would any grocery delivery. Everything there? Wonderful — you're done, and next week's allowance is already on its way.

If something's missing or wrong

It happens — a store runs out of something, a bag gets missed. Here's all you do: tell your agency. They see your order on their screen exactly as you do, and they'll sort it out with the store for you. You never have to call the store, argue, or fill out anything.

If an item goes out of stock *before* delivery, the store flags it and your agency works out the fix — you'll see any changes in your order, in plain words.

One small tip

Pick a delivery day when someone's usually home. Food is best received fresh — and the driver's photo of your door is nicer when the door opens.

That's delivery: your day, your door, your proof. Sign in and get your first order moving.
