Your first order, step by step

If your agency just told you that you can now pick your own food, here's exactly what to expect — start to finish. No forms, no phone calls, and nothing to learn if you've ever used a grocery app. And if you haven't — this is a good first one.

1. The email

Your agency sends you an email with a sign-in link. Tap it, and you're in. There's no password to make up and nothing to install — the app opens right in your phone's browser.

If the link ever stops working, don't worry. Go to the sign-in page, type your email, and a fresh link arrives in a minute.

2. Your allowance

At the top of the screen, in plain words, is what you have to spend this week — something like "You have $146 to spend this week." That number is always there while you shop, and it updates as you add things. You never have to do math, and you can never go over by accident.

Some food plans work with weekly points for each food group instead of dollars — protein, fruit, vegetables, and so on. If that's your plan, the app walks you through one group at a time. Either way: the app keeps track, you keep choosing.

3. Picking your food

Browse from photos — milk, chicken, apples, challah — with plus and minus buttons under each one. The food you see comes from stores your agency works with, often neighborhood grocers who know your community.

Here's the part people like best: everything you see already fits you. Your agency records your needs once — kosher at your standard, allergies, diet plans — and from then on, food that doesn't fit simply doesn't appear. No labels to squint at.

4. Tap Send

When your basket feels right, pick your delivery day and tap Send. Your order goes to your agency first — they check it and tap Approve, and then it's on its way to the store. You can watch every step on your order's page.

Changed your mind? Until your agency approves it, the order is still yours to cancel and redo.

5. The knock on the door

The store delivers on the day you picked. The driver takes a photo at your door, so there's never a question about whether your food arrived.

That's the whole thing. Your food, your choices, delivered — and all the program paperwork happens somewhere you never have to see it.

Ready? Sign in to shop — or if you don't have a sign-in link yet, ask your agency. It takes them one minute.
