What happens after you tap Send

You filled your basket, picked your day, tapped Send. Here's exactly where your order goes — and how you can watch it get there.

First stop: your agency

Every order goes to your agency before it goes to the store. Someone there sees the same list you sent, checks that everything is in order, and taps Approve.

Think of it as a safety net, not a hurdle. If something needs adjusting — say an item became unavailable — your agency can fix the items with you before approving, so the order that reaches the store is exactly right.

While it's waiting for approval, the order is still yours: you can cancel it and start over, no questions asked.

Then: the store

Once approved, your order lands at the store's counter — complete, clear, and with your delivery day on it. The store confirms it, prepares it, and gets it on the truck.

You can watch the whole way

Open your order in the app any time. It shows every step like a delivery tracker:

  1. Waiting for approval — your agency has it.
  2. Sent to the store — approved and on its way.
  3. Confirmed — the store has accepted it and is preparing.
  4. Delivered — it's at your door, with a photo.

If an order can't go through

Once in a while an order can't be approved — maybe the week's allowance was already used, or something in the program changed. When that happens, you'll see the reason in the app, in plain words, written kindly. No mystery, no phone tree. And your agency is a message away to help you re-place it.

The short version

Tap Send, and two people have your back before the truck ever leaves: your agency, who checks, and the store, who confirms. You'll see it all happen from your couch.
