Invite your team

Go to Team and enter a colleague's email and role. They get an email invitation; clicking it creates their account inside your agency.

The roles

• Agency Admin — everything: clients, orders, billing, team management.
• Agency Staff — day-to-day work: clients, orders, deliveries.
• Care Manager — like staff, oriented to a caseload.

Invitations expire after 7 days — re-send from the Team page if one lapses. You can suspend a team member instantly from the same page; suspension keeps their history (nothing is ever deleted) but ends their access.
