The client shopping app
Shopping a weekly meal plan (what clients see)
Clients on a weekly meal plan see a different market than dollar-allowance clients — and no dollar amounts anywhere.
- The top of every shopping screen pins the credit balance for each food type ("Protein 120/364 · Fruit 14/21 …"), counting live as items go in the basket. Each row turns green when that group is filled.
- Every item shows how many credits it counts as. Food that doesn't fit the client's dietary needs never appears — same silent filtering as always.
- The send button stays locked until every food group is inside its weekly range, with a plain reason ("Fruit needs 7 more credits"). Swapping within a group is always allowed; skipping a group isn't — that's the program's rule, enforced kindly.
- "Start from last week's order" copies their previous basket in one tap (anything no longer available is flagged). Nothing is ever filled in automatically.
When they send the order, it comes to you for approval exactly like any client order — and the order page shows the week laid out as 21 meals.
If a client sees "your agency is still setting up your family's meal plan," their household members haven't been added yet — one minute on their client page fixes it.
