For vendors: import your catalog

Catalog → Import. Paste your price list or upload a CSV — the import wizard matches your columns automatically (name, price, category, SKU or barcode, size, a photo link if you have one) and shows a preview before anything is saved.

• Updating prices is the same motion: re-import, and rows match by SKU, barcode, or name. Nothing duplicates.
• Before anything is saved, the wizard checks the file against your current catalog: rows that *look like* an existing item under a slightly different name get a "same item or different?" question, and if some current items aren't in the file you can mark it as your complete catalog — those items come off the shelf (hidden, not deleted; a later file that lists them brings them back).
• The price you submit is your price to HiveMarket — agencies see the platform's shelf price.
• Photos make a real difference in the client shopping app — a "Photo link" column with image URLs is enough.
• Prefer automation? There's a documented upload API — find it at Catalog → API docs in your portal.

New items go through a quick platform review before they're orderable, usually same-day.
