For vendors: getting started

Apply at the vendor signup page: business name, how you sell (ready-made packages or a grocery catalog), and your contact details. Applications are reviewed by the HiveMarket team, usually within one business day — you'll get an email either way.

Once approved:

• Catalog vendors — import your price list; see Import your catalog.
• Package vendors — set up your offerings; see Packages and offerings.

Then orders simply arrive in your portal — clean and complete: items, quantities, delivery address, nothing to chase. One portal serves every agency you work with. Confirm, deliver, snap a photo, get paid — see Confirm and deliver.
