Your Audit-Readiness Score

The score is the percentage of three checks passing across your delivered orders:

1. Invoice on file — created automatically at delivery; effectively always passing.
2. Delivery proof on file — the photo. Missing usually means a relay-vendor delivery recorded without one; add it from the order page.
3. Unite Us reference on the authorization — paste the reference into the authorization record.

The Billing screen lists exactly which orders or authorizations are missing which piece — each is a two-minute fix. A score near 100% means any sampled claim produces its full evidence packet in one click, which is precisely what an audit wants to see.
