Unbilled & Expiring, on the Billing dashboard, totals the gap between what active authorizations *allow* and what's actually been delivered and claimed in their completed periods. In plain words: dollars your clients were authorized to receive that nobody has ordered yet.

It grows quietly — a client who skipped two weeks, an authorization nobody noticed was renewed, a repeat that got blocked and forgotten. The Billing screen turns it into an action list: authorizations ending within 14 days with dollars still available. Order for those clients this week and the number goes down; the food reaches people; the claims follow on their own.

It's the same "money left on the table" idea agencies talk about — just watched continuously by the app instead of discovered at year-end.
