Choose which emails you get
HiveMarket emails you when something moves — a new order, a delivery, an order waiting for approval. If that's more than you want, switch kinds off in Settings → Email notifications. Every switch is yours alone; it never changes what a teammate gets.
What you can switch off
Only the kinds that apply to your role are listed:
- Agency staff: orders waiting for your approval, order confirmed and delivered, orders that need a hand (out of stock, a weekly or automatic order that couldn't go out, delivery-app problems), the monthly summary, and getting-started tips.
- Store users: new orders, changes to orders (edited, canceled, or cleared to deliver), and catalog decisions.
- Operator admins: catalog changes to approve, rate requests, and the monthly software fee.
Untick what you don't want, then Save my choices. It applies to the next email.
Nothing disappears
Everything an email tells you also shows in the app — on This Week, the vendor portal, or the operator overview. Turning an email off never hides an order or an approval; it just stops the email about it.
What's always sent
A few emails can't be turned off because they're how you get in: invitations to join a team, sign-in codes when you use two-step sign-in, and password-reset links.
One person turned everything off — is that a problem?
For a store: if every login at the store turns "New orders" off, nobody there gets order emails, and they'll need to check the portal. The store's business contact address only receives emails when the store has no logins at all.
