Deliveries & vendors
How delivery confirmation works
Every order page reads like a package tracker: Placed → Vendor confirmed → Delivered ✓.
- When you place an order, the vendor sees it in their portal and confirms it.
- On delivery day, they mark it delivered — and the app requires a proof photo before the delivery counts. It's designed to be trivial from a phone camera at the door.
- The proof is stored with the order (privately — viewable only by your agency through short-lived links), and from that moment the order is billable: invoice created, uplift computed, audit bundle ready.
You don't file anything. The tracker on the order page and the "deliveries confirmed" line on This Week tell you where everything stands.
