Ordering from a vendor who doesn't use the portal

Some vendors — the corner grocer you've worked with for years — won't log into anything. HiveMarket calls these relay vendors, and they get the same paperwork with two extra clicks from you:

1. Place the order normally. On the order page you'll see a prominent worksheet — print it or read it over the phone to the vendor.
2. When the food arrives, open the order and choose Record delivery — snap or upload the proof photo yourself.

That's it. The order gets the same required proof, the same billing treatment, and the same audit bundle as any portal vendor's. No client is ever left off a program because their favorite store is old-school.
