Fix a blocked order

A blocked order is a weekly repeat that would have broken a rule — usually "this week's copy would go over the remaining allowance." Rather than going out wrong or silently skipping, it waits for you.

1. Open it from This Week → Needs you today (or Orders). The reason is written in plain English, with the exact dollars.
2. Choose: edit the order down so it fits, skip this week, or cancel the repeat if circumstances changed.
3. Done — next week's repeat runs normally.

Blocked orders never reach the vendor and never count against the allowance.
