Place an order

Click New order (it's on This Week and on Orders). Three steps:

1. Pick the client. Each card shows their remaining allowance, so you know the budget before you start.
2. Pick the food. Ready-made packages first (already sized to the household), then a searchable grocery catalog with category chips. The cart bar at the bottom shows the total and what would remain after — live, as you click.
3. Review & place. Items grouped by vendor, delivery address confirmed, optional weekly repeat. Place it, and each vendor instantly gets a clean, complete order.

If something doesn't fit

The app tells you in plain English before the order goes out — "This puts the order $23.40 over the remaining allowance — remove an item or shrink a quantity." Fix the cart and place again. Nothing over-cap can ever go out.
