Price comparison between vendors

When two of your vendors carry the same item, the order screen says so — "Same item at Heights Market for $4.88" — right on the product card. Tap to switch vendors for that item.

Matches come from the platform's item mapping (barcodes and verified name matches), so "same item" really means the same item. Prices shown are always platform shelf prices — what your agency actually pays.

One rule to know: within a single order, each grocery category comes from one vendor (so deliveries stay simple). The app tells you in plain words if a pick would conflict, and how to resolve it.
