Weekly repeats: set the order once

On the review step of any order, tick Repeat weekly and pick the day. From then on the order places itself every week — you'll see each week's copy appear on Orders like any other order.

The safety net

Before each repeat goes out, the app re-checks everything: the authorization dates, the remaining cap, item availability. A week that wouldn't fit does not go out. Instead it appears as Needs attention on This Week with a plain-English reason, and admins get an email. Fix it (shrink it, or skip the week) and you're back on track — see Fix a blocked order.

Pause or stop a repeat anytime from the Orders page. Repeats end automatically when the authorization does.
