Phone orders and the printed catalog

Some clients prefer to call. HiveMarket makes phone ordering first-class:

• The printed catalog lives at Orders → New order → 🖨️ Printed catalog (or /catalog/print). It lists every meal-plan item with its catalog code (like BP-101) and credit value, grouped by food type — print it or hand it out. The client-facing version shows no prices.
• On the order screen, staff can type a catalog code straight into the search box — the client reads "BP-101, two of them" off their printed catalog, you type it, done.
• On the review step, mark "Over the phone" under *How did this order come in?* — the order carries a 📞 phone tag on This Week, the orders list, and exports, so you can always see how your orders arrive.

Everything else is identical to a normal staff-placed order: same rules, same delivery tracking, same billing.
